Every year, Hope Communities organizes two sponsor-funded events: Hands for Hope Day and the Red Hot Red Carpet Gala. Both events have great opportunities for corporate sponsorships and volunteer participation, and both are great fun to attend!

Since 1999, Hope Communities has hosted Hands for Hope Day, which gathers hundreds of volunteers from around Metro Denver to make an immediate impact by completing service projects. The projects improve the health and wholeness of the community, unite citizens around a common cause, and raise awareness about the issues facing low-income neighborhoods.
This year, Hands for Hope Day was held Saturday, September 27th, and had a turnout of nearly 150 volunteers. Together we painted fences, dug holes, turned soil, picked weeds, cleaned up trash, and had a huge impact on the neighborhoods of Five Points, Curtis Park, and Clayton. A huge thank you to all our hard-working volunteers and generous sponors, who made this event possible! If you weren't able to join us this year, we hope you will make it out in 2009.

In late 2005, the Neighborhood Center was dedicated and opened, and we are very grateful to the donors who made it all possible. Please drop by for appetizers and drinks and enjoy the beautiful space we call home. Mark your calendars for December 5th, from 5:30-7:30pm—we look forward to seeing you!
