Larry Fullerton

Larry Fullerton’s experience encompasses all phases of real estate development, including design, construction, financing, sales and marketing. As President of The Fullerton Company he developed over 200 new lofts. During his tenure with the City of Denver he is credited with directing the complete overhaul of the City’s permitting process, including the design and construction of a new city Permit Center. He oversaw over $400M in capital projects, including the Colorado Convention Center, Buell Theatre, and numerous other public buildings.

Larry Fullerton has also led housing efforts for the special needs community in his role on the board of the Mental Health Corporation of Denver where he led their housing arm, Sabin Corporation. As President of the Homebuilders Association he also championed housing for the disabled community.

 


Letitia Horace

As Associate Director, Letitia oversees all daily operations and serves as one of the primary staff liaisons to the Board of Directors. Letitia has been with Hope Communities since 2005 and is continually advocating for Hope’s resident causes, community revitalization opportunities and is working in depth on the goal of growing the real estate investments of the organization so as to provide more opportunities for well deserving individuals and families to live in respectable and safe homes.

During her tenure at Hope Communities Letitia has successfully overseen the recent Real Estate Development project of The Residences of 39th and Adams, a community of 10 brand-new homes in the Clayton neighborhood. Letitia has also re-focused the resident programs department, establishing replicable models for obtaining regular resident input and recording program outcomes. She is also responsible for supervising the agency’s human resource functions and corporate benefits.

Letitia began her career in the social service arena as a child services case worker in Dallas, and then served as the Development Director for the Dallas Leadership Foundation.
