Larry Fullerton Joins Hope Communities as Executive Director

Larry Fullerton’s experience encompasses all phases of real estate development, including design, construction, financing, sales and marketing. As President of The Fullerton Company he developed over 200 new lofts. During his tenure with the City of Denver he is credited with directing the complete overhaul of the City’s permitting process, including the design and construction of a new city Permit Center. He oversaw over $400M in capital projects, including the Colorado Convention Center, Buell Theatre, and numerous other public buildings.

Signs Point to Five Points' Economic Recovery

Five Points has struggled for years to redevelop economically. Finally it has a real chance, one that is historic and holistic. On Wednesday, Gov. Bill Ritter signed an executive order designating Five Points — along with the towns of Rifle, Fowler and Monte Vista — as a pilot community for the new Sustainable Main Streets Initiative.
