We rent to families based on economic capacity. This means we choose to reserve our housing units for individuals and families whose income is below the Denver Area Median Income, ensuring Denver remains a city of opportunity where everyone can afford to live.

We believe that every family has the right to decent, safe, and affordable housing. We do our best to provide quality housing to those with limited economic resources. Additionally, we are committed to maintaining and celebrating the rich cultural diversity of the neighborhoods we serve, building healthy and inclusive communities.

We are proud to offer 278 affordable rental units throughout Northeast Denver. Our properties are as diverse as our residents, varying in size, style, and location – whatever your needs are, one of our rental properties can fill them!
